Open Question: Am i losing enough weight?

I started this diet about 3 weeks ago, ive lowered my cals to 1200 a day, but sum days are only having about 800, i didnt think i over eat till i seen how little the amount of food a day i shud b eating. i must have been eating atleast 3000-4000, i was 15stone 11lb when i started and am now 15 rock 2day. i work alot and have quite an active job but am lazy once i receive home! my bf likes the kfc, mc donalds and pizza hut and this was my problem! do u think i am losing weight quick enough or should i lower my cals to just 800 a day? i have been going on the wii fit nearly every nyt since week 2 of my diet. i want to be 10 rock by next xmas. do you think thats possible? would just like sum tips and pointers and any yummy low cal snacks i can have whilst losing weight.
